    Samantha provides holiday relief or an extra set of hands during busy times, providing the following:

    • Taking applications and seeing them through to settlement

    • Complete/Novated lease applications

    • Constant communication/updates to all internal stakeholders

    • A fully documented process ready for handover at the end of the placement

    • Taking and receipting deposits

  • Remote BM

    This option can suit smaller dealerships who don’t need someone onsite or dealers who need an extra set of hands to during busy times. This may look like the following:

    • BM holiday leave cover; ideal for smaller dealers who may not require someone sitting in the chair

    • Interim BM cover; available for when dealerships find themselves between BM’s

    • Retention support; contacting guests with loans reaching maturity to rebook and quote

    • Support for your current BM; contacting guests with cars due in the next 3-6months to secure finance and/or insurance

  • BM/Department training/support

    In these busy and unusual times the dealer network find themselves in. It is essential that your new BM/finance department is supported and trained. Some of the ways Samantha can assist:

    • Guidance through taking, processing, submitting applications and following up with the guest

    • Working with internal teams and ensuring the finance department works as a team within a team

    • Establishing procedures surrounding guest communication, data collection, and internal communication
